Greenwood Village, Colo. – June 20, 2023 – Bellco Credit Union announced today that it will serve as presenting sponsor of the Denver Children’s Choir 2023-2024 season. The sponsorship is part of Bellco’s focus on supporting the arts in the community and will enable the Denver Children’s Choir to expand to new Denver neighborhoods and giving more children the opportunity to enjoy music.
The Denver Children’s Choir offers children of all ages and abilities the opportunity to experience musical excellence in a multicultural environment. Using a unique, standards-based curriculum, educators work with children on music theory, vocal training and performance skills. Programming will begin this fall with singers rehearsing once a week at their respective schools and community centers, then joining the larger choir for public performances and social events.

The Denver Children’s Choir ensemble will perform at several Bellco branches in the Denver metro area during the choir’s 2023-2024 season to share the love of music with Bellco members and the larger community. In addition, Bellco will provide its FUNancial $marts educational activity books to Denver Children’s Choir participants and their families. The activity books include exercises about handling real world money situations, making good choices about purchases and comparison shopping.
