We understand that being able to conduct your banking as quickly and conveniently as possible is very important to you. It is equally important to us. Since 1936, Bellco has been a Colorado based, not for profit and financially sound institution that was built for the sole purpose of serving our membersand that remains true today. Loan Relief: For members experiencing a hardship with making your loan payment due to COVID-19, please follow the below instructions to request a loan deferment. Please note, this is not payment forgiveness.

  • For consumer loans – including an auto loan or a signature loan NOT secured by real estate property (lines of credit are not eligible), complete our online form for a deferment request.
  • For auto lease payments looking for a deferment, complete our online form. If your auto lease is nearing its end date and you want to extend your lease, please call CULA at 1-800-878-5400 to request an extension.
  • For all other loans including a mortgage or ChoiceLine, please email us your name and phone number only at memberservice@bellco.org and we will get back with you as soon as possible. (Do not provide account numbers or Social Security numbers in your email.)

Loan Relief for Small Businesses: For our small-business members who have been directly impacted by COVID-19, below is a summary of programs that may be available to help:

What you can do

Enhancements to the SBA program to small businesses affected by economic conditions as a result of COVID-19 include:

  • Paycheck Protection Program
  • SBA Express Program maximum increased to $1MM from $350,000 through December 31, 2020

FAQs

Are Bellco branches still open?

To better protect our members and employees while still meeting your financial needs, Bellco branches are now temporarily operating drive-up teller services only. Please refer to the branch table included above for the latest information about your nearest open branch.

Am I still be able to access ATMs?

Our branch ATMs will remain open. You can also access over 30,000 free ATMs nationwide that are part of the CO-OP Network. We also encourage you to access your accounts online or by using the Bellco mobile app.

How much cash can I withdraw from an ATM?

You may access your accounts using your Bellco debit or ATM card and withdraw up to $400 a day.

If I can’t visit a branch, how can I access my account?

We strongly encourage our members to leverage our digital banking tools for 24/7 account banking needs. You can complete many banking needs remotely by phone, online, or via our mobile app. You can make a payment, check your balance, transfer funds, and even deposit checks via the mobile app.

How will I know if a branch or ATM is available?

How will transactions that cannot be performed at an ATM or drive-up be handled?

Access to money and banking services are essential, and we are committed to maintaining continuity of these critical services. To serve our members better, we will temporarily allow additional services through our drive-ups. If you have a specific need that requires you to visit us inside a branch lobby, you will need to make an appointment. To do so, please schedule a phone consultation and a branch employee will call you directly.

Can I call Member Services to complete my banking needs?

In an effort to provide the best possible member experience during this situation, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our online and mobile banking tools to address your banking needs. We do expect high call volumes and wait times for those who call. What if my income has been impacted by the Coronavirus and I can’t make payments?

We are here to help.
