Where is my Economic Impact Payment (stimulus check)?
The IRS has created the Coronavirus Economic Impact Payments site, which provides helpful information, including:
- Eligibility and Payment Amount: To find out if you're eligible to receive a stimulus check and how much you might be eligible for, please visit this IRS page.
- Non-filer Tool: For those who don't normally file a tax return based on your annual income, details on how you can provide the IRS your payment information is available here.
- Payment Method and Status: The IRS has launched a new toolthat allows you to view the status of your payment, which can be accessed here.
IMPORTANT: If you need to provide the IRS with payment or account information in order to receive your Economic Impact Payment check, please go through the official IRS coronavirus website and access the "Economic Impact Payment" section to submit your account information.
Before calling our Members Services Call Center to ask about your payment, please be sure to review the information provided by the IRS to determine your payment eligibility, status, and distribution method. You can always take advantage of the many services we offer through online banking and our mobile app, which will allow you to quickly check to see if we have received your payment.
Are Bellco branches open?
Yes, our branches are open. For up-to-date information on individual branch hours please see the branch table included above. Our first priority is the health and safety of our members, employees, and community. We will be limiting the number of occupants in our lobbies at one time, so we encourage you to schedule an appointment to help reduce possible wait times.
Am I still be able to access ATMs?
Our branch ATMs will remain open. You can also access over 30,000 free ATMs nationwide that are part of the CO-OP Network. We also encourage you to access your accounts online or by using the Bellco mobile app.
How much cash can I withdraw from an ATM?
You may access your accounts using your Bellco debit or ATM card and withdraw up to $610 daily for consumer accounts (excluding Student Checking).
If I can’t visit a branch, how can I access my account?
We strongly encourage our members to leverage our digital banking tools for 24/7 account banking needs. You can complete many banking needs remotely by phone, online, or via our mobile app. You can make a payment, check your balance, transfer funds, and even deposit checks via the mobile app.
How will I know if a branch or ATM is available?

How will transactions that cannot be performed at an ATM or drive-up be handled?
Access to money and banking services are essential, and we are committed to maintaining continuity of these critical services. To serve our members better, we will temporarily allow additional services through our drive-ups. If you have a specific need that requires you to visit us inside a branch lobby, you will need to make an appointment. To do so, please schedule a phone consultation and a branch employee will call you directly.
Can I call Member Services to complete my banking needs?
In an effort to provide the best possible member experience during this situation, we strongly encourage you to take advantage of our online and mobile banking tools to address your banking needs. We do expect high call volumes and wait times for those who call. What if my income has been impacted by the Coronavirus and I can’t make payments?
We are here to help. If you are experiencing a financial hardship due to the impact of the Coronavirus, complete the loan relief form outlined in the section above, or email memberservice@bellco.org and a financial specialist will call you directly (do not provide account numbers or Social Security numbers in your email).

The Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act is an over $2 trillion stimulus bill aimed at providing financial help for those negatively impacted by the coronavirus outbreak. For additional information about the stimulus payments (i.e., economic impact payments) and direct deposit, please visit the IRS Economic Impact Payments website.
