Social Media Guidelines
Bellco greatly appreciates dialogue with our customers and the community at-large, which is one of the main reasons we established our Facebook and Twitter channels. The purpose of Bellco’s social media presence is to provide a beneficial service for our members, engage with current and potential customers, and share news from community partners.
As with all of our social channels, there are community guidelines we ask you to follow when interacting with Bellco and others through our Facebook and Twitter properties.
RESPECT – Please show respect to our moderators and fellow community members. Our Facebook and Twitter pages are monitored by Bellco employees. All comments and posts are subject to review. We ask you to avoid posting comments that are misleading, offensive, harassing, lewd, off-topic, illegal, or promotes illegal activity. Any posts of this nature will be taken down immediately. Bellco also reserves the right to ban users who consistently fail to comply with these guidelines.
SPAM – Please refrain from spamming our page. This includes comments posted to sell a product or drive traffic to another website for personal or monetary gain.
PRIVACY – Please do NOT post your specific account information or any other personal information on our Facebook page. Bellco will never ask you to provide this kind of information through any of our social channels. We will remove any post containing personal information to ensure the privacy of our members.
CUSTOMER SERVICE – Please be aware, we cannot answer specific account issues on Facebook and Twitter. If you are a Bellco member with a question regarding your account, please email email@example.com with a phone number where we can contact you directly. We are also available to serve your financial needs at any Bellco branch or by phone at 303-689-7800.
MEDIA – If you are a member of the media, please visit our Bellco Media Center.
