My Deposit

Bellco’s My Deposit system gives you the option of depositing your checks from the comfort of your desktop... any time, day or night. Once you have logged in to your account, simply scan your check into your home computer and follow the instructions found in My Deposit. In most cases, your account will be immediately credited for deposits made using My Deposit and best of all, there is no charge to use it!

How it Works

To use My Deposit online, you will need to have a scanner attached to your computer. Please note, all checks deposited through My Deposit online must now contain a restrictive endorsement of "For Mobile Deposit Only at Bellco". Once you scan each check separately into your computer, you will be able to submit your check to us using the My Deposit system. Each session lets you submit up to three scanned checks, but if you have more than that; simply begin a new session to deposit your remaining items.

Deposit History

My Deposit offers easy access to details of your completed deposits from the previous 90 days. Once you scan an original check, we suggest that you keep it in your records for 90 days. After 90 days have passed, shred the deposited check as a security precaution.

Please note: In order to use My Deposit, you will need to have been a Bellco member for 30 days.
