Your Phone Banking PIN is no longer needed when accessing your online accounts
Over the past year, we have made significant enhancements to our online and mobile-banking platforms. One of our most recent updates gave us the ability to remove the additional step of entering a Phone Banking PIN when logging in via our online and mobile-banking channels. We also recently added Multi-factor Authentication, which is an access control that adds device identification, behavioral patterns, user profiles, fraud intelligence, and risk-based authentication.
Bellco is passionately committed to keeping your financial information safe and secure. As we add more security enhancements to our digital platforms, we’ll continue to keep you informed of any new updates.
You no longer need to enter your Phone Banking PIN to log in to online banking. Simply enter your Username and Password to access your online accounts.
To access your accounts through mobile banking, simply download the new app from the app store, enter your Username and Password and you’re all set.
Now that your Phone Banking PIN is no longer required to access your online accounts, you may need to re-sync your Intuit Quicken and Mint software profiles. You should be prompted by both providers to validate your online profile and take you through the process of syncing your Bellco accounts. If you have any connectivity issues with Quicken, visit this cheat sheet to get started.
