I am a new user. How do I log into Bellco Online Banking?

Type in your SSN and your Automated Phone Banking PIN. You will be prompted to create a password. If, you don't have a Automated Phone Banking PIN, please call 303-689-7800.

I’ve typed in my Username, Automated Phone Banking PIN and password and pushed Secure Login but the page comes back with my information blank. What's wrong?

You Visited Bellco.org through a bookmark or favorite
Bookmarks and Favorites can get stale. If you clicked on a bookmark or favorite to reach Bellco.org you may experience difficulties. If so, delete the bookmark or favorite and actually type in the web address www.bellco.org in the URL address box, making sure to include the “www” at the front of the web address. To delete a favorite, left click on Favorites on the toolbar, right click on Bellco.org within the dropdown menu, and then left click on delete.

Temporary Internet files have not been deleted recently.
Too many Temporary Internet Files on your computer can impair your computer’s ability to access Bellco.org easily. To delete the temporary Internet files on you PC, start by accessing the Internet. On the top toolbar of your Internet browser, click on the Tools option to view the drop-down menu. Select Internet Options. A new box will appear. Under the General Tab, check the box to delete all offline content and then click on Delete Files. In the same section, click on the settings button and then click on the first radio button that says Every Visit To The Page. If you are using a newer browser version, also click on Delete Cookies. In the next section titled History, click on the Clear History button. Click on the OK button.

The browser version you are using may not be up to current standards.
To find your Internet browser version, click on the Help tab at the top of your browser page. Click on About Internet Explorer from the drop-down menu. The version number will display in the small box that opens. You must be using Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher or Netscape version 4.7 or higher to be compatible with the security on our website. If you need to update your browser version, please go directly to your browser’s home page to download the upgrade, and follow the instructions provided there. Bellco Credit Union is unable to assist you with this process, so please contact the specific browser technical support staff if you experience any problems with the download.

Cookies not enabled

If you are using an Internet browser version older than Internet Explorer 6.0 follow these steps:
Open your Internet Browser and click on Tools from the toolbar menu at the top of the screen. Select Internet Options. Click on the Security folder tab, and then click on the Custom Level button. Scroll down to the cookies option, and enable both stored and per session cookies.

If you are using Internet Explorer 6.0, please follow these steps:
Open your Internet Browser and click on Tools from the toolbar menu at the top of the screen. Select Internet Options and click on the Privacy folder tab. Click on the Advanced button and make sure both 1st party and 3rd party cookies are enabled.

After you have completed these steps:
Close out of the Bellco website and close your browser window. Open a new browser window and input www.bellco.org into the URL address line. You should be able to enter your logon information and view your account information now.
