You will receive your annual escrow analysis in the mail
starting September 20.
If there is a surplus in your escrow account of at least $50.00, a refund check will be sent to you in a separate mailing.
The important information your statement will outline includes:
- Any surplus, deficiency or shortage in your account
- Your escrow account transaction history for the past year
- Your anticipated tax and insurance payments for the upcoming year
- Any changes to your monthly payment amount

You can also view your annual escrow analysis online.
Log in to your Online Banking account and select the Statements & Tax Forms widget. Under the Statements section select your Membership Account Savings and the year 2018. From there you will see a selection to view a pdf of your Annual Escrow.
