Volunteering

Bellco takes great pride in giving back to the different communities that have made us successful for over 80 years. The Denver metro area and Western Slope are composed of many diverse neighborhoods that present unique opportunities for Bellco to make a difference on a local level.

As part of the Bellco Gives Back program, Bellco employees make a difference in their local communities by volunteering. In addition to our employees giving back on their own time, Bellco has held multiple organized give-back days including:

Manager Volunteer Day with Mile High United Way

Bellco’s management team joined Mile High United Way to produce 325 hygiene kits and 160 “Success not Stress” kits to low-income elementary students to help ensure some of their basic needs are met.

Food Bank of the Rockies

Bellco employees have donated time to Food Bank of the Rockies, both on their own and in groups. Projects have included loading and sorting product and building orders to help fight hunger in Colorado.

Day of Service at Swansea Elementary

Bellco partnered with the Latino Leadership Institute and Denver 7 for a Day of Service at Swansea Elementary. A group of over 75 volunteers worked to get the school ready for a new year by painting rooms, organizing classrooms and the library, and working on a “Leader in Me” portrait project.
