November 2020 Newsletter
With the holiday season fast approaching, you might be considering getting a jump on your shopping. But you might have some questions about how to go about it—after all, this year is a little different than most. One way to provide peace of mind is to go contactless by adding your Bellco debit and credit cards to your Digital Wallet.
Digital Wallets (sometimes referred to as Mobile Wallets) are a safe, convenient, and secure way to shop, whether doing so in person, online, or through an app. Using a Digital Wallet provides a touch-free way to pay at brick-and-mortar stores, as well as a fast and easy way to make a purchase without exposing any account details.
Shop Securely when using Google Pay, Samsung Pay or Apple Pay. Your actual card number is never shared with the merchant, and isn’t stored on your device—further protecting your personal information.
So go ahead—shop confidently this holiday season, online, in stores, or via an app. To learn how you can get started, check out our video below.

We continue to make our branch environment safer for members and staff while ensuring vital services remain available. We’ve also developed new ways to meet members’ needs, including the ability to speak face to face with a financial specialist from the comfort of home.
Beginning November 1, the lobby hours at several branches are being adjusted to better provide members with exceptional personalized service through additional digital service hours. While a majority of branches will keep the same operating hours, several branches will adjust to these new hours.
For complete up-to-date information on new branch hours, please visit our Resource Center page.

In celebration of our new Brighton Branch and in keeping with our commitment to the communities we serve, Bellco has continued to support local organizations through donations.
During the Brighton Branch grand opening event, Bellco donated $2,500 to Almost Home, a non-profit organization that provides assistance to those in the community that find themselves experiencing homelessness and housing instability.
Bellco also made a donation of $1,000 to the Friends of Barr Lake, a non-profit organization that provides funds to enhance education, recreation, and conservation at Barr Lake State Park. As part of this support, Bellco is also providing a one-day pass to the park to any existing or new members who opens an account at the Brighton location during the month of October. The pass can be used any day before November 30.
As a not-for-profit, Colorado-based financial cooperative, Bellco is committed to providing tools and resources to help our members and the community feel financially empowered.
